Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Make Your Money Multiply LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use our website, request a business assessment, purchase First Deal System educational products, use the First Deal System app or contact us.
1. Our services
This policy covers makeyourmoneymultiply.com, our Multiplication Snapshot and business inquiries, our First Deal System educational products and associated purchases, and the optional app at app.firstdealsystem.com. When you contact us about your information, please identify the service or purchase concerned.
Links to separately operated websites do not make their information practices ours. Review the privacy information provided by a website or checkout you visit.
2. Information we collect
- Business assessments. Your website or business name and location, selected goals, optional written answers and public information found during research. A business record can identify a person, particularly an individual business owner.
- Inquiries and optional follow-up. Your name, email address, any phone number or business details you provide, the topic and contents of your message, and your stated marketing preferences.
- Account information. Our sign-in features use an email address, account identifier and authentication information. The First Deal System app also stores a display name if you provide one. Email-and-password and optional Google sign-in are offered. Account and profile records include timestamps.
- Purchase and access information. First Deal System checkout is handled through SamCart. We use purchase records, including your purchase email address, order and product identifiers, payment or refund status, and verification records, to match purchases to app accounts, verify or restore access, and respond to access questions. If your checkout email differs from your account email, an access request includes both email addresses and your order reference for review.
- Deal and analysis information. When you save a Deal File in the First Deal System app, it stores the property and deal details you enter, including addresses, financial assumptions, existing debt, seller circumstances, goals, notes and verification information. We use this information to provide the analysis, scenarios and reports you request. Information about a property, seller or business can also be personal information about an individual. Please enter only information relevant to your use of the service that you are entitled to provide.
- Usage and technical information. We collect referral and campaign information, visited page URLs, interaction events, timestamps, browser and language information, approximate country inferred from browser settings, and performance and error diagnostics. The initial MYMM Snapshot also uses a hashed combination of request IP address and browser user-agent for abuse prevention. See section 5 for browser storage and analytics.
Initial Multiplication Snapshot results do not require an email address or marketing signup. The assessment and its research results are stored; email-free does not mean that no information is processed.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or assessment answers.
3. How we use information
- Identify the business you describe, research publicly available information and prepare assessment findings and opportunities related to your goal.
- Respond to inquiries, consider the help you request and manage follow-up.
- Provide requested confirmations and reports through the email-enabled flows you choose.
- Maintain accounts and access to supported features.
- Record referral sources and interactions, troubleshoot problems and limit automated abuse.
- Match purchases to accounts, verify or restore paid access, and recheck payment and refund status.
- Save and update First Deal System Deal Files and use their contents to calculate scenarios, organize verification and prepare requested reports.
- Understand how the website and app are used and diagnose loading, performance and software errors.
Our forms record marketing consent separately from the information needed to handle an inquiry. Submitting a business assessment is not, by itself, permission to enroll you in marketing.
4. Providers and information processing
Our website and app use connected services to store information, research businesses, prepare results and handle requested communications. These connections include:
- Lovable Cloud and Supabase technology for website and app hosting, account authentication, database storage, and operational access controls. Lovable services also support transactional email, website analytics and error diagnostics.
- SamCart for First Deal System checkout and purchase records used to verify app access. Information you submit at checkout is processed through SamCart and the payment services used for that checkout. Payment and refund status can affect app access.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for contact and inquiry management. The integration can receive contact details, business information, inquiry contents, referral information and consent status.
- Google Places and Firecrawl connections for business discovery and public website research. Research requests can contain the business name, location or website you supply.
- AI services through Lovable for MYMM business assessments and report preparation. Relevant submitted answers and researched public website content can be included in these requests.
- Google for optional Google sign-in and externally loaded website fonts. Loading a font involves a web request to Google's servers.
Public-source research, AI analysis and automated workflows help prepare assessments. Public information cannot establish your private financial results, business valuation or actual workload.
5. Browser storage, analytics and choices
Our website uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, assessment context and referral information. Session context can retain your business and goal answers within the current tab so you can review or correct them without starting over. First-touch referral information can remain in local storage beyond the current tab.
The website and app use Lovable-provided analytics to record visits, referring pages, campaign information, browser and language information, approximate country inferred from browser settings, page engagement, performance and error diagnostics.
The visit analytics use a session cookie with a 30-minute expiry that can be refreshed during activity. Page URLs can include query parameters.
The app's separate First Deal funnel events record the event type, placement, page path and time; that event builder excludes calculator inputs and results, email addresses, URL queries and fragments. These limited funnel records do not describe all hosting analytics or diagnostic information.
Your browser provides controls for cookies and site storage. Blocking or clearing storage can affect sign-in, saved context and referral information. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already stored in our systems or in connected services.
The browser analytics described above are not automatically switched off when Do Not Track is enabled. You can use browser controls to limit cookies or site storage, but those controls do not stop every type of request or delete information already held by us or our providers. contact us with tracking questions or privacy requests.
6. Stored information and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services you use, maintain accounts and purchase access, respond to requests, manage our business relationship, protect our services and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We consider the type of information, why it was collected, whether there is an ongoing need for it, and requests to delete it. This applies to assessment inputs and results, inquiries, accounts, purchase and access records, Deal Files, CRM and email records, and technical records.
We use sign-in and access controls to restrict access to account-associated data and owner-only operational records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. To ask about retention or request deletion, contact us and identify the relevant service. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held in our systems or connected services.
7. Your requests and privacy rights
You can use our Contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Include the service concerned and, where relevant, the email address associated with your inquiry, account or order. Do not send your password or full payment card information.
In the First Deal System app, you can update your display name in Settings and edit, archive or delete Deal Files using the available controls. Archiving a deal keeps it stored. Deleting a deal removes its active deal record and associated verification records; it does not itself delete your account or purchase-access records. For broader requests, use the Contact page.
We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before responding to a request about account or order information. Privacy requests are reviewed by the business owner. You can also contact us to withdraw permission for marketing communications.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Contact us with your privacy request or questions about the rights that apply to you.
8. Intended audience
Our website offers business-growth information and links to business and real estate education. If you have a concern about information submitted by or about a child, please contact us without including unnecessary sensitive details.
9. Policy information and contact
We will post updates to this policy on this page and update the effective date. For questions about the policy, changes to information handling, or a privacy request concerning Make Your Money Multiply LLC, use our Contact page.
